Welcome and thank you for doing business with First National Bank Mortgage. This list of needed items will help you complete your loan application in a timely manner. You will need the following:
Most recent 30 days of pay stubs for each Borrower
Last 2 years W-2's or 1099's for all jobs for each Borrower
Last 2 years personal income tax returns (including ALL schedules) and any K-1's listed on Schedule E
Last 2 years corporate income tax returns (including ALL schedules) if you own 25% or more of the business
Most recent 2 months bank statements (ALL pages including blank ones) for checking AND savings accounts
Most recent 2 months investment, brokerage or retirement accounts (ALL pages)
Copy of executed purchase agreement
Copy of driver's license for all Borrowers
Name, address and phone number of Homeowner's Insurance Company you prefer to use
